Returns
At Malachitee, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in the original packaging.
- Include all accessories, tags, and documentation (if applicable).
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required to process any return.
Please do not send returned items directly to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used flea & tick collars
- Opened pet grooming or hygiene products
- Pet food, treats, or consumable products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale items
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but most refunds appear within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as additional processing time may be required.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Our customer support team will provide return instructions and assist you with the exchange process.
Gifts
If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, any approved return may be issued as store credit.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- A defective product
- A damaged product
- An incorrect item shipped by Malachitee
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
